Compliance, Trust & Selective Transparency
Selective transparency & issuer control
- Participation policy (issuer‑configurable): Allowlisting/KYC/KYB is available but optional per asset. You can run permissionless or enable allowlists, sanctions screening, and tiered/region controls when required. Exosphere enforces your chosen policy and does not mandate allowlisting.
- Policy parity (issuer‑controlled): Freeze/pause, mint/burn roles, transfer rules, and volume limits mirror the base token and are administered by your governance/compliance—Exosphere has no unilateral authority.
- Delegated viewing keys: Scoped, time‑bounded visibility for authorized compliance roles; all grants are logged and revocable.
- Auditability: Public invariants (e.g., confidential supply ↔ vault reserves) remain verifiable; individual balances/amounts stay encrypted.
- Operational safeguards: Role separation, optional dual approvals, tamper‑evident logs, key rotations, incident runbooks.
Legal readiness: Exosphere will mirror your reporting/attestation format (under NDA) for logs, proofs, and disclosures.
Bottom line: opt‑in confidentiality with selective audits and issuer‑first controls.
